I am a STEM education leader focused on expanding high‑quality robotics opportunities for students across Greater Cleveland. In my current role, I manage and support a region‑wide ecosystem of robotics programs through EXPLR, helping schools, educators, and community partners bring hands‑on engineering, programming, and problem‑solving experiences to learners of all ages.I oversee a portfolio of programs that includes FIRST LEGO League, FIRST Tech Challenge, FIRST Robotics Competition, and other robotics offerings. These pathways give students access to engineering fundamentals, programming and control concepts, sensor integration, teamwork, and strategy — all through immersive, real‑world challenges.My work involves coordinating training, supporting coaches/teams, building partnerships, and ensuring that robotics is accessible to schools and youth organizations throughout the region. I’m passionate about creating spaces where students can lead, collaborate, and see themselves as future engineers and innovators.Before transitioning into robotics program management, I spent several years working in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging education — designing and facilitating trainings, supporting organizational culture initiatives, and helping teams build more inclusive practices.
