My practice is anchored in civil and commercial litigation, representing businesses, financial stakeholders, and property owners in contract disputes, business torts, partnership and shareholder conflicts, real estate and lease litigation, fraud and fiduciary claims, and post‑judgment enforcement actions. I have extensive experience handling every stage of litigation in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts—from pre‑suit investigation through discovery, motion practice, mediation, trial preparation, and appeals.At Tully Rinckey PLLC, I continue this work across New York and California while also representing creditors and other interested parties in bankruptcy matters. I assist secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, lenders, business owners, and anyone with claims against a debtor in protecting their rights when a bankruptcy is filed.
