My career has included successful management of annual pay cycles (Workday, Curo and Excel), RemCo support, remuneration reporting, incentive design, benchmarking (national & international), reward business partnering and pre-M&A reward. I also have some experience in benefits management and renewals, immigration, global mobility, employment tax and payroll management.
