I have a B.B.A. in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland University College, and I have developed strong skills in strategic planning, operations, and customer relations. As the President of Global Express Limousine (GEL), I led a team of dedicated and professional drivers who shared my vision of excellence, innovation, and reliability. I am proud of the reputation and trust that GEL has earned in the D.C. area, and I am always looking for new ways to enhance and expand our offerings. As the President of GEL, I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, from marketing and sales to finance and administration. I also maintained close relationships with our clients, many of whom were repeat customers or referrals. I ensured that we delivered on our promise of quality, safety, and comfort, and that we met or exceeded their expectations. I also leveraged my skills in transportation, customer service, and strategic planning to create and execute effective growth strategies, optimize operational efficiency, and manage risk. Under my leadership, GEL secured multiple contracts with corporate and government clients, increased our fleet size and variety, and achieved consistent profitability and customer satisfaction.
