   I was promoted to take on additional leadership, including product management, for the Electrofill business unit (EFBU). Here, I developed a new product management organization within the group, hiring and training two product managers, and establishing a new Product Development and Release (PDR) process for all new products. I was named Senior Director of Operations, Deposition Product Group in 2014. Today, I lead all product operations and direct a team of six at the Tualatin, OR site. Directed the release of three new products in first half of 20•••00% more than all of 2014); implemented effective new process metrics to significantly boost performance and output. Reduced installation & warranty expenses within the DPG by 17% in 2015 by developing and implementing targeted engineering programs to the installed base and improving collaboration with the field organizations. Launched a PDR Staff Users Group to promote sharing of Best Known Methods (BKM) and support project management training across all business units.
