About Gabriel Lessor
I’m a UX leader with over 20 years of design experience and a deep passion for building strong teams, fostering collaboration, and creating meaningful experiences that make work easier for people. Since 2019, I’ve been part of an incredible journey at American Airlines, where I helped establish and grow our Enterprise UX organization from just 4 designers to over 40. Along the way, I’ve partnered closely with IT and business teams, helped onboard and mentor new designers, and worked to elevate UX as a trusted partner across the enterprise. My background in Enterprise UX gives me a unique perspective on how design connects with real-world systems. I’m passionate about bridging those worlds, translating complexity into clarity, and helping teams deliver experiences that truly make a difference.
