ABOUT GLENUS WILLIAMS
I am a trained professional Health Educator, and Performance Optimization specialist. I help create lasting positive mental and physical changes. Using my knowledge of health, wellness, and behavior change, I empower you to take charge of your health by identifying areas for improvement providing support and encouragement as you work toward your goals. I dont prescribe a diet or medication but I do recommend holistic forms of exercise and strategic eating for optimal health. I also act as a mental performance coach, too, to help you overcome limiting beliefs and connect your health back to your ultimate purpose in life. That’s how I am able to create personalized, lasting behaviral change. A results-oriented professional with over 30 years of Military experience, capable of leading teams or working independently while exercising initiative and strong problem solving skills under pressure.
