Owning, leading, and developing the IT Change and Release practice, and leading a team of Analysts to support and enable the successful delivery of IT Products and Services to the SIG UK Business. Champion of Change Enablement and Management, acting as the IT Change Authority, with overall responsibility for the lifecycle of all Production Change Requests and Releases. Building and developing a Change authority governance structure that meets requirements of the UK business, and effectively monitor and measure the success of Change activity. Responsible for the IT Change and Release strategy and its development to meet current and future delivery methodologies Owning, Leading, and developing the IT Service Transition practice and team, to support the successful transition of IT Products and Services into the Operational and Delivery Teams. Ongoing review and Development of the IT Service Transition Strategy and associated Framework Service acceptance processes and structure within the practice, including its operational acceptance criteria, continuous improvement of that criteria, communications, escalation, and sign-off components Overall responsibility for IT Asset and configuration strategy and management for the organization, and for providing the assurance of the CI data and its integrity and accuracy
