Led and strategized software testing solutions for a variety of high-profile projects in the financial services industry including software quality engineering service delivery, planning, test execution, and proposals to drive new business and solutions for multiple clients. Delivered program $2MM+ in testing services across 17 projects: Functional, System Integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression; managed program delivery on time and budget. Managed a large testing team, which included 17 test managers (vendor and client) and the associated matrixed team of testers for a large, multi-year merger of equals program across two major production releases and 11 monthly releases for the client’s financial crimes applications. Oversaw all testing efforts: functional, system integration, UAT, and end-to-end (E2E), including automated regression testing. Directed the testing efforts for a data center application migration effort across six monthly releases which included 750+ applications. Activities led included test planning, mitigating issues and risks, developing status reporting dashboards, and creating/signing off on key project deliverables. Launched the client Enterprise Testing Program Office that designed and developed an Enterprise Program Test Strategy used as the testing framework across the organization. As Functional Program Test Manager, responsible for executing the test strategy, ensuring compliance and alignment across 33 investment and operate projects within the Corporate Functions area across four business units. This included the following: driving test planning to detailed completion, identifying gaps/risks, acting as the escalation point to resolve resource, environment, or data issues, monitoring test readiness and execution progress, and taking corrective action where required.
