ABOUT GLENN SPRIGGS

Product Leader with expertise in Healthcare, Technology & Supply Chain Having developed products, both hardware and software for more than 25 years, I\'ve come to appreciate the need to keep the question of \"why\" in focus. Why are we doing this? Why does this problem exist? Why has it always been done in this way? I like to put a user persona at the center of all development activities, promote agile approaches and encourage strong teamwork within the groups I lead. My career has spanned many aspects of software development; from actual code development to services and people management, business process analysis, project management and most significantly in the area of product management. For me, product management allows me to be strategic one day, sell another, interact with customers and users, collaborate with developers all with the idea that the more successfully I do all of these things, the greater chance my products succeed for the business and have impact on the market and people who use them. I consider myself to be a strong communicator, a leader by example, a team builder, a coach and teacher. I like continuous learning, change, and to be on a constant search for how to do things better and more efficiently.
