I’m Glenn Saunders FMAAT, a licensed accountant, business coach, and mentor who genuinely enjoys helping people feel more confident about their numbers.I work with small business owners, sole traders, and company directors who want clarity, support, and straight-talking advice. If accounting or business in general ever feels overwhelming, my job is to make it feel manageable, and often far less scary than you expect.I’ve been in practice for many years and founded Swan Saunders Ltd to do things a little differently. I believe accounting should be personal, practical, and built on trust. That means really listening to what matters to you, understanding your business and goals, and provide guidance that actually fits your situation, not a one-size-fits-all answer.Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to, calm, and reassuring. I take pride in being a good listener and explaining things clearly in plain English. No rushed conversations, no being passed from person to person, and no judgement, just honest support and a genuine interest in helping you move forward.Alongside accounting and compliance, I also work closely with clients through mentoring and coaching. I enjoy helping people step back, look at the bigger picture, and make decisions with confidence. Whether that’s improving cash-flow, planning for growth, or simply getting better control of the day-to-day numbers, I’m there to guide and support, not dictate.I’m a big believer in relationships and community.
