In addition to these skills, my proficiency in Coaching and Mentoring has played a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of businesses throughout my career.In 1990, I embarked on a remarkable journey by leading a start-up, which eventually became one of the top Mechanical and Electrical building services companies in the UK. I have extensive experience collaborating with renowned construction firms in the fiercely competitive M&E Building Services sector. Throughout my tenure, my primary focus has always been surpassing customer satisfaction expectations while ensuring utmost reliability, integrity, and profitability.Looking back on my achievements, I take immense pride in the business development, growth, and success that I have contributed to. Most significantly, I have had the privilege of nurturing the careers of numerous professionals. By coaching, mentoring, and developing exceptional individuals in the M&E industry, I have played a role in shaping their career paths, which is an honour I cherish.Now that I am semi-retired, I have the luxury of dedicating my time to new ventures.
