Manage all IT related aspects of the North American Straumann group entities (NAM) in regards to IT services (including Service Desk) and IT infrastructure (network, server, clients, peripheral devices, phone system, cell phones etc.). The Manager ICT leads the ICT team to ensure highly performing and qualitative IT services.• Responsible for efficient and effective IT service management for NAM.• Responsible to manage the NAM ICT team with employees based in Andover and Arlington.• Manages NAM IT projects (including requirement analysis, project initiation through rollout of new IT solutions)• Liaises with Corporate ICT departments on IT services and IT projects.• Responsible to ensure adherence to corporate IT standards, policies and established workflows.• Supports BAO (Business Application Owner) and BPO (Business Process Owner) on RfC (Request for Change) procedures.• Acts as TAO (Technical Application Owner) in regards to CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing) systems and ensures adherence of CSV (Computer System Validation) and FDA compliance.• Monitors server and network services, resolves or escalates through given workflow procedures.• Provides support for all NAM IT assets (on-site and remote)• Conducts satisfaction surveys and general IT related announcements.• Ensures proper documentation of NAM IT environment.• Responsible for IT budgeting for NAM.• Performs operational and capital expenses reviews related to IT in cooperation with finance department.• Liaises and negotiates with external equipment vendors and service providers (new hard- and software, hard- and software maintenance, providers, general contract and agreement management).
