Manage grant and technical assistance program supporting salmon habitat restoration and other riparian conservation projects. Manage the District\'s involvement in the Floodplains for the Future partnership, funded in part by the Washington State Department of Ecology\'s \"Floodplains by Design\" grant program. Work with over 20 federal, state, and local partner organizations and contractors in the Puyallup River watershed to track expenditures, convene meetings focused on learning from adaptive management and development of BMPs for salmon habitat restoration and property acquisition projects, report on prior grant cycles and preparing new grant applications. Developing program to provide technical assistance and funding for local landowners and other partners to help implement conservation and restoration projects related to riparian functionality, salmon and wildlife habitat.
