Since starting ThryveFit, I have worked with two former teammates to turn an idea into a real product. My role has been largely on the business side, but I have also helped develop our advertisement campaigns and plans for the future of the company. I formed the LLC and multiple bank accounts, drafted legal documents, outlined revenue strategy models to pitch to investors, and helped create our advertisement strategy and timeline. I started the affiliate program and am currently working on getting gyms with deals around the nation. Our goal at ThryveFit is to help our users become better versions of themselves and to create a healthier society. I ran interviews to hire an experienced sales team which includes a sales leader and a group of sales assistants. Along with this, I train the new sales employees to equip them with all the necessary tools to be successful during their time at ThryveFit.
