   Serving as the organization’s sole treasury resource, I have independently built out the full treasury function• Actively coordinate with U.S. and local banking partners to establish working capital and letter of credit facilities for the international subsidiaries (India, South Africa, Brazil, China, Australia and Saudi Arabia)• Facilitated the opening of 15 bank accounts and 10 credit cards for international colleagues • Successfully delivered on 16 KYC events in 2025, managing end‑to‑end due diligence for bank account and credit card onboarding and renewals• Created and manage the intercompany lending program to enable rapid working‑capital deployment across 5 foreign subsidiaries• Ownership of the domestic 13-week cash forecasting process and support global cash funding needs• Played a key role in amending the $220M revolving credit facility while supporting due diligence for a parallel $500M private credit loan.• Oversee adherence to bank and private equity credit agreement compliance covenants; Took ownership of quarterly Term Loan rate reset and specialized annual principal repayment process• Serve as the internal subject matter expert on the companies\' three credit agreements• Lead foreign subsidiary FX exposure and conversion activities while partnering with the CFO to develop the short‑term commodity hedging program, including its unwind.• Managed the negotiation and execution of the (3) Deposit Account Control Agreements (DACA) and (1) Securities Account Control Agreements (SACA) as required per our credit agreement to enable the company to invest excess cash, delivering a 30–60 bps improvement relative to standard bank deposits• Supervise the end‑to‑end bank guarantee issuance process for the U.S. entity, coordinating with global banking partners, internal stakeholders, and customers to support project execution; vetted and issued 30+ guarantees since assuming ownership in June 2025
