Drawing inspiration from the visionary legacy of Adi Dassler, leAD has developed a holistic platform that supports founders through three key investment vehicles: the Academy, the Portfolio, and the ADvantage Fund.Since its inaugural program in 2017, leAD has committed to accelerating startup growth through strategic investments, unparalleled network access, and hands-on mentorship. By guiding founders in areas such as leadership, commercialization, finance, legal/IP, fundraising, and strategic planning, leAD ensures each company in its 30-strong portfolio is poised for sustainable success.
