As our holdings on the Eastern Seaboard have grown throughout 2021, my client companies have been re-aligned, and my new title is Regional General Counsel. I was pleased in 2013 to have rejoined Quanta (NYSE: PWR / S&P 500 / Fortune 200/ ENR’s #1 Specialty Contractor 20••••17.) as Senior Counsel, after gaining five years of experience as in-house construction counsel for a regulated power utility, and as a solo practitioner. Quanta is described more fully below in my profile, with regard to my prior engagement with the company (20••••08). Quanta continues to grow as the nation\'s largest specialty contractor, a leading solutions provider offering infrastructure solutions for the electric power, natural gas, pipeline, and telecommunication industries. I am based in Delaware, supporting several subsidiaries in the Eastern region. I previously also supported several companies in the central region of the USA.
