I\'ve been working for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) since 2011. Currently working as a Patient Financial Navigator at MSKCC\'s busiest regional site. Obtained my Masters of Business Administration from Liberty University in 2017. I have a passion for helping and using non-clinical means to provide the best experience possible for the patients, family members and staff. I enjoy using my knowledge of health insurance, medical terminology, customer service, along with a natural ability to teach and solve problems in order to serve patients (customers) and coworkers.
