Job Description:The Sr-level Network Analyst will work to assist the Defense Health Agency in the migration of Medical Devices (MDT) from DoD Medical Treatment Facility\'s service network to the DHA Medical Community of Interest (MedCOI) network. This team is also responsible to the Application Migration (AM) of medical programs of record (AHLTA, CHCS, and CHAS).Work with individual Sites in all phases of device transition planning to include:IP Plan reviewAccurate device positioning within DHA Security Architecture TaxonomyPorts, protocol, and services (PPS) creation, review, and process trackingTransition processes.Work with vendor:Provide Current and projected IPs of devices transitioningReview transition processes and requirementsWork with SPAWAR and AFNET Network Engineers:Assist interpretation of firewall rule sets during migration troubleshootingProvide assistance as needed in relation to routes and/or PPSMeets regularly with all staff involved anticipating needs and providing necessary informationFor AM portions:Work with individual Sites to verify migration course of action and justification to change if requiredVerify current systems IPs and verify that the migrating subnet is clear by facilitating the movement of non-migrating devices to other segments within the site enclaveWork with Network Engineers to assist interpretation of migration firewall rule sets during troubleshooting sessionsMeets regularly with all staff involved anticipating needs and providing necessary information
