ABOUT GLENN SWINERD

I am a conscientious engineer with over 40+ years working in many varied and different engineering environments whether this be working on the very basics of engineering back on the tools or in a senior role with different tools nonetheless achieving the same by managing people as well as large projects. I believe everybody deserves a chance in life and I have actively sought to share my knowledge through a hands approach as well as classroom teaching as I believe every true artisan of his chosen trade should, to share those skills and experiences with all that want to acquire them! I am accustomed to hard work to achieve my own goals and goals set by others. I can adapt to maintain a safe and secure environment for persons within my remit and work hard to gain trust and respect through a ‘team spirit’. I have worked within many disciplines in the engineering world from Victorian to heavy, intricate and high-speed production orientated environments. I am quick to learn and have the ability to ‘think’ a situation through before attempting to repair or figure out the root cause of failure.Engineering is a true passion of mine and therefore my strength, and in turn is something I absolutely love to do, what could be better?
