Glenn Lunde is a seasoned commercial banking executive with over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, low-income housing tax credit investing, affordable housing development and community development and non-profit financing. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise in complex financing structures including low-income housing tax credits, historic tax credits, New Market tax Credits, Opportunity Zones, tax-exempt bond financing, multi-family residential property lending and letters of credit.Most recently Glenn served as Vice President and Senior Relationship Manager ate Popular Bank where he managed comprehensive commercial banking relationships across the Metro New York area. During his tenure, he delivered exceptional results in just six months, originating $26M in loan closings and $15.5M in new to bank deposit growth, while developing a pipeline of $152.3M of new opportunities.As Managing Director of Community Development Lending and Investment at Webster Bank from 2021 to 2024, he originated $750M of new loan growth and $175M in new deposit growth, while leading a team of relationship, and portfolio management, and underwriting professionals. He achieved a 23.5% portfolio ROE and significantly exceeded performance targets, generating $3MM in new to bank income against a $1MM goal.During his tenure at HSBC Bank USA, Glenn managed a corporate health-care and non-profit banking portfolio valued at over $350MM, maintain a 1005 client retention with a 97% customer satisfaction index while serving prestigious clients including Columbia Memorial Hospital, Vassar College and the West Point Association of Graduates. Earlier in his career, he established the commercial lending function at Broadview Federal Credit Union, transforming the portfolio from $35MM to over $200MM in six years while building the team from one to seven professionals.Glenn holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Wagner College. He is actively involved in community leadership, serving as Treasurer and Board Member for Columbia Memorial Hospital and Treasurer for the Autism Society of the Greater Capital Region. He is also the Co-founder and Treasurer of HM24th Foot in North America, an educational non-profit corporation.
