I have developed training materials and conducted training for Xactimate work-flows, Xactimate Sketch, Symbility Estimating Software, and firm specific claims management software. Other duties also include the revamping of our claims packets, and guidelines for use by the field, desk, review team, and management of Field, QA, File Review resources.
