I lead a diverse international team of analysts, who use a range of sophisticated analytical techniques to support the Research and Development of fragrances. • We operate globally with analysts in many different locations, supporting customers across many different markets and with different fragrance cultures. • I am responsible for exploring and developing new analytical methods to further our knowledge and help to create great performing fragrances for a wide range of different applications, including fine fragrance, personal care and household products. • I also enjoy taking responsibility for the training and development of our team, to support each of them to achieve their full creative and professional potential. • Sensory analysis is a focus and a passion of our work, and we combine this with analytical methods in innovative and creative ways. • Strong communication skills are a crucial art of this role, both internally and to promote our technologies to customers and to the wider public.
