Recently joined the Poole Anderson team in forming an exciting new program. Titled as Sr. Project Manager directly charged with the construction management and development for the Urban Storage projects. Primary duties are to act as \"Owner\'s Representative\" to observe and oversee the designers and contractors.Summary of the Urban Storage program\'s responsibilities will consist providing project representation on behalf of the ownership or client with onsite field representation during the construction process. Attend and observe all field coordination meetings with primary contractors and owner representation to assure contractors are maintaining project schedules and performance. Perform in field direction and guidance to contractors. Coordinate owner requested needs or modifications to the contract documents. Review schedules and billings for construction projects acting as liaison to oversee the communication between the architects or engineering office staff and field contactors.
