With over 20 years’ experience in leadership and management, Glenn’s career has included developing strategic leadership teams and business units, implementing company-wide organizational development and training programs (e.g, leadership development, career management, sales training), incorporating change management into major initiatives, and leading innovative and dynamic teams and departments.Glenn has built a reputation as a savvy strategic thinker, proficient communicator, effective educator, and empowering people manager and leader. He has held senior leadership positions in both private company and non-government organizations. As a people manager, he is known as an empowering leader who provides clear direction and parameters, then gives team members maximum autonomy for creatively producing deliverables.
