ABOUT GLENN HUGO

In his role as Regional Manager, Glenn oversees a sf portfolio of office and retail space located in Bethesda, MD. along with a similar 1.2 million sf portfolio in Philadelphia. His primary focus is the repositioning of the project by improving property operations and service delivery to the tenants and managing an extensive capital budget, for a variety of projects, such as restroom and common area renovations, roof replacement, elevator upgrades, garage rehabilitation, and facade renovations. Previously, Glenn was with Republic Properties in SW Washington working closely with leasing partners and hands-on involvement with the property team. He is also involved with acquisition, due diligence and financing of potential new assets for the portfolio. Glenn was a General Manager with Carr Realty Partners from the inception of the company, through November 2008. Glenn was responsible for a six building, portfolio. He was instrumental in procuring services, bidding and managing capital projects. The predecessor company to Carr Realty Partners was CarrAmerica, where Glenn was also a General Manager, with a portfolio of eight buildings, totaling Glenn began his career with Prentiss Properties and subsequently moved to Equity Office Properties, managing a multi-site portfolio of which included the world headquarters for Booz Allen Hamilton and American Management Systems, Glenn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University. He holds an RPA, FMA & CCIM designation. Glenn is active in BOMA, where he serves as an instructor for various classes in the Real Property Administrator Program. He and his teams have won three TOBY Awards (The Office Building of The Year), and Glenn now proudly serves as a judge for the TOBY Awards program in Washington, DC area.
