For the past twenty years of my career I have led multi-discipline teams and project teams. This has given me a clear sense of the nature and makeup of high performing teams with collaboration as a guiding principle and technical excellence as a goal. One of my roles at TWD is to build and grow a high performing team with those attributes.My project experience has included numerous building project types for a broad range of both public and private sector clients. This has included light industrial, manufacturing and maintenance facilities, healthcare facilities, scientific and research facilities, transit projects as well as numerous sports facilities including managing the engineering team for the BC Place revitalization project. This experience has provided a clear picture of how to organize and direct project teams, collaborate with clients and stakeholders and set direction to achieve a well thought out and ultimately successful project. One of my roles at TWD will be to bring that experience and expertise to all of our projects.
