R4 Capital is a leading LIHTC syndicator, and has experienced tremendous growth since its inception in 2011. As CFO, I am responsible for R4\'s 20 tax credit funds, assuring that each fund delivers the expected yield to each investor, and often exceeds those expectations. I have implemented the Great Plains general ledger package used by the company, and also am responsible for all treasury and HR functions, along with all aspects of accounting and reporting for the corporate entity, R4 Capital LLC, and delivering financial statements 30 days after the end of each quarter. I file and review every fund tax return, review the quarterly and annual audits and tax returns for each property in the portfolio, and prepare projections and pro forma financial statements as needed.
