I support the work of NEEBC, the definitive leader in advancing knowledge and facilitating networking for employee benefit practitioners, consultants and service providers throughout New England. Our 1250 members manage benefits for an estimated 2.5 million employees nationally and member companies span multiple industries and range from small businesses to organizations with employees. I help provide mission-based leadership and strategic governance and in concert with other board members, serve as trusted advisor to the Executive Director. I help evaluate impact and performance, serve on committees and task forces, act as an ambassador for NEEBC to other stakeholders, ensure NEEBC meets legal and fiduciary responsibilities and recruit board members.
