Conduct inspection audits of facility, machinery, and safety equipment to identify andcorrect potential hazards and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.Monitor and enforce environmental regulations related to manufacturing activities, ensuring the company\'s operations align with environmental laws and regulations. Monitor employee exposure to hazards and develop recommendations for remedial actions when safety policies are not met by all personnel.EHS Programs Develop and implement comprehensive safety and health programs specific to manufacturing processes, aimed at preventing accidents, injuries, and illnesses. Develop and implement environmental programs including SPCC, Air permitting, hazardous waste management. Conduct thorough safety assessments of manufacturing processes, identifying potential risks, and implementing measures to mitigate them. Participate in the DFMEA/PFMEA risk cause analysis for each operation. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop and implement environmentally sustainable practices and initiatives. Work closely with manufacturing engineers to integrate safety protocols into new manufacturing processes and equipment installations.Incident Management Lead in all aspects of incident investigation including initial follow up, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Communicates efficiently and clearly to management and others in the organization. Training Organize and/or conduct specialized EHS training programs for manufacturing team members. Conduct Safety Orientations for all new hires and refresher courses when necessary.
