I am a partner in Bradley\'s Bankruptcy, Restructuring and Distressed Investing Practice Group. I have substantial experience in representing mortgage servicers and other financial institutions in mortgage-related litigation in bankruptcy courts, and in advising them on bankruptcy-related compliance issues. In 2015, I temporarily served as in-house national bankruptcy counsel for a large non-bank mortgage servicer. I also regularly represent creditors in out-of-court workouts, bankruptcy cases, and litigation of commercial loans.
