COACH High Energy. Motivational. Entrepreneurial. Belief Driven. What people see in me is the outflow of what exists in my innermost being; the strength of my value system. Guided by a strong belief in the value of community and the desire to see people connect in valuable and purposeful relationships, I look at everyday as an opportunity to bring out the greatness in others. As a coach I had the privilege of guiding young people to work together as a team to reach pre-determined goals and often directed students to successfully reach far outside what they ever dreamed they could accomplish. While serving as a school administrator I employed my motivational abilities and passion, just like a coach, to inspire a school community to believe that they could impact the world through meaningful relationships and pedagogical excellence. VISIONARY Provided vision and passion for the growth of the first multi-church, multi-denominational Christian school in Rome, GA. Led school growth from 74 students to 375 in K3-12 and 12 employees to over 70. Managed revenue of 85+ graduates serve to impact the world with intentional mission and understanding of their calling in life. Led the development of a full complement of academic programs including: AP classes, gifted program, an academic support program for students with a vast array of learning challenges, a 10 sport athletics program, and the implementation of an academic K3-12 Fine Arts program. Implemented John Carver’s Policy Governance Model of board governance. Worked with board to raise over $5 million over 12 years. ENTREPRENEUR Started an official school-owned CrossFit affiliate that funneled over in revenue to the athletics department. Founded Getchell Consulting Group to provide a platform for motivating people to achieve their dreams.
