ABOUT GLENN CHANNING
Currently living in East Devon with my wife and 2 children. My experiences vary from working within education, sports coaching and development and professional rugby academy programmes for over 13 years, setting up, developing, managing and leading rugby programmes at club, college, independent school and professional academy. I am very motivated and committed to achieving high standards of success, whilst having a strong passion for developing young people through sport.Just recently completed a Master’s Degree in High Performance Coaching with University of St Mark and John. A level 3 Rugby Coach and Mentor, Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor. RFU senior Coach Educator / Trainer and completed the level 4 CTLLS Teaching Certificate.Specialising in rugby coaching, backs and attack play, all aspects of kicking, skill development and coach education, whilst designing and implementing player development pathways in clubs and county level.Also very passionate about coach development and mentoring community coaches, in all sports to help them on their coaching journey.
