I joined Palletline in April 2015 as Head of Strategic Development and was appointed Network Director in May 2016, and then Network and Operations Director in December 2021. I am responsible for the strategic relationship with Members which includes risk management, retention and recruitment. Additionally, I am responsible for overseeing the operation and the health and safety of Palletline\'s multi-hub model, consisting of five hubs throughout the UK and encompassing more than 150 employees across the business.I have many years\' experience in transport and pallet networks ranging from running my own business as a member of a network to senior management roles in the sector.The highlight of my career, since joining Palletline, has been the recruitment of a significant number of new members to the network enabling the reduction in caretaker costs.
