I am responsible to design, plan, test, implement and integrate building systems, including network switches and routers, systems used in property operations, life safety and enterprise solutions. I coordinate and control services throughout the supply chain and with colleagues to maintain regular programs for system patching, upgrades and enhancements. I collaborate with senior team members, contributing to the daily operations of enterprise server, infrastructure (wide, local and metro area networks) and storage systems. I coordinate resources and provide hands on technical expertise as a point of escalation to the Service Desk to diagnose and resolve incidents and problems. I develop, deliver and maintain documentation pertaining to administration, end user support and technical management. I report on operations using functional audits and performance monitoring. I create and maintain service catalogs, inventory, diagrams, specifications and configuration item data in document repositories and the computer management database.
