ABOUT GLEN HICKS

I help leaders and independents grow by bringing the benefits and resources of big company capability for space, technology, and community without the politics, cost, or bureaucracy. Over 30 years experience leading geographically diverse teams using and supporting Work From Anywhere (WFA) culture and technology.I am passionate about empowering people to achieve true freedom and get the most from life and work. I am a digital independent, a founder, a tech leader, an author, an advisor, and a #WorkAnywhere advocate.I wrote a book about my unconventional journey and perspective on embracing this incredible lifestyle, and I regularly share my insights and advice with others who want to follow a similar path.I believe we are better together because of our differences, not in spite of them and that each of us is a unique individual with unlimited potential when we lean into our strengths and purpose. I am a member of the Board of PRUDE Inc which is the local multi-cultural and anti-racism organization in my home province.I recently co-founded a non profit with Teri-Ann Richards called Entrepreneurs Who Care which brings together local entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurial spirited to support local charities.
