Over the course of my career, I have led work spanning forecasting, pipeline discipline, quote-to-cash process design, executive reporting, pricing tools, user enablement, and cross-functional systems improvements. More recently, I have been focused on applying AI and automation to real business workflows in ways that are practical, governed, and usable.At Avidex, I have led and supported initiatives across Salesforce administration, CPQ implementation, reporting architecture, QBR operating cadence, pricing and budgeting tools, and AI-driven workflow automation. That work has included building a Microsoft Copilot Studio agent that helps generate Salesforce CPQ quotes, scopes of work, and bills of materials from natural-language input, designing AI-assisted internal-control testing workflows with strong governance, and creating executive-ready AI strategy materials to help leadership prioritize adoption.Before that, I built my foundation across full-stack development, digital marketing, web platforms, analytics, and systems integration. That blend of technical depth and business-process thinking has shaped the way I work today: translate messy business needs into scalable systems, make the tools easier to use, improve the process around them, and help teams adopt them successfully.
