ABOUT GLENDA GALLARDO MENENDEZ

With a background spanning international relations, business, sales, education, and mental health, I bring a uniquely global and multidisciplinary perspective to my work as a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC). My professional journey has taken me from managing operations and building client trust in corporate environments, such as BMW and Evalueserve, to supporting individuals and couples through personal growth in clinical and academic settings.These diverse experiences have helped me connect with people from many different backgrounds. Whether collaborating with a team, learning to understand complex situations, or holding space for someone in therapy, I’ve developed a thoughtful, empathetic, and client-centered approach. Now, as a practicing LAC, I draw on this foundation to provide grounded, evidence-informed, and compassionate care.I believe that understanding comes not only from academic training but also from lived experience. My multicultural path through Ecuador, Chile, and the United States has shaped my worldview, deepened my empathy, and influenced the way I show up for clients. I am committed to helping people navigate change with clarity, respect, and hope while supporting them as they create meaningful and aligned lives.
