Responsible for assisting Escrow Officers with all pre- and post-closing functions, including welcome calls, scheduling closings, obtaining payoffs, and follow up of all escrow transactions. Work with buyers/borrowers, sellers, lenders, loan officers and attorneys to acquire, analyze and organize all necessary documents needed to process residential closing packages. Work with Title Examiners, Escrow Officers and/or underwriters to review and identify any title curative matters and assist the parties to resolve any deficiencies and deliver title commitments to all parties. Process and quality check all documents from lenders and attorneys for accuracy. Handle the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions. Respond to inquiries from borrowers, lenders and attorneys to resolve discrepancies and work to build strong partnerships with local lenders, realtors, attorneys.
