I write from time to time when I see things happening that I think are worth talking about.My current saga started in 2014 and has been Fannie and Freddie preferred stock.I strongly believe that Fannie and Freddie are on a path to exit conservatorship via recap and release as they are retaining earnings. I also believe Sandra Thompson will be the FHFA director to end the conservatorship if incentives and consequences mean anything.The preferred stock like FNMAS/FMCCJ are the place to be. Common have no security. Enjoy the ride. I\'ve written 5+ books on the topic. We are closer than we have ever been.
