Attorney since 1989 and full‑time Realtor since 2005, I partner with my wife, Kelly Nelson, as a husband‑and‑wife real estate team serving Corona, Norco, and Temescal Valley in Riverside County, California. My years as a Special Appearance Attorney in Riverside (2002–2017) trained me to navigate complex negotiations, deadlines, and paperwork with precision—skills I now use every day to protect our clients’ interests when they buy or sell a home. Together, Kelly and I have helped hundreds of families sell and purchase homes, from move‑up buyers to downsizing seniors to owners relocating out of California.
