Develop programs and projects to drive energy efficiency within the portfolio. Manage utilities budget and bill payment process. Work with internal client teams to develop outreach and promotional materials that draw employee attention to corporate activities as well as drive employee behavioral changes that will result in less impact to the environment. Evaluate facilities practices to ensure that operational practices account for green alternatives. Provide reporting of all sustainable activities in use and in development on prescribed intervals or as requested by client. Act as a JLL representative to new construction project teams ensuring energy efficient and sustainable practices and products are incorporated. Track and manage energy savings and cost saving realized by client as a result of incorporating sustainable practices. Oversee corporate recycling program, tracking participation and diversion data. Seek to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction. Help support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings in year one and two of outsourced operations. Ensure all sustainability measures are evaluated for cost effectiveness and approved by Jones Lang LaSalle and client management prior to implementation. Major clients include Rush University Medical Center, Bank of Montreal, Methodist, Kindred, Emblem, Emblem, Unisys, Beaumont Health System, Mainline Health, Charleston Area Medical Center, Adventist Health, Health East, United Health Care, Philips, WellPoint, T-Mobile, BMO Harris Bank, Northern Trust, SAIC and Citi group.
