As Modern Workplace Consulting & Advisory Lead, I help drive the strategy, service excellence, and technical innovation behind Bell Integration’s Modern Workplace practice — helping organisations unlock the full value of Microsoft 365 and the modern, AI-enabled workplace.I’m responsible for helping to shape and execute the practice roadmap, ensuring our services evolve in line with customer needs, market trends, and Microsoft’s technology vision. Working closely with delivery teams, I lead technical and consulting professionals to design, deliver, and optimise end-user, collaboration, and security solutions that transform how our clients work.My role blends strategic leadership with hands-on consulting — from developing go-to-market offerings and defining service models, to guiding complex project delivery and ensuring technical excellence across our engagements. I also support business growth by contributing to pre-sales, RFPs, and executive presentations, helping customers clearly understand the business value of our Modern Workplace solutions.Key focus areas include- Contribute to defining and evolving Bell’s Modern Workplace strategy across M365, Entra ID, Intune, Copilot, and Viva- Leading and mentoring a team of consultants and engineers to deliver high-quality, customer-centric outcomes- Driving continual service optimisation across managed, project, and advisory services- Translating customer and market insight into scalable service offerings and delivery frameworks- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on modernisation, cloud adoption, and AI readiness- Ensuring all practice resources align to business goals and industry certifications.Through this role, I combine strategic vision, technical depth, and commercial acumen to help customers modernise securely, enhance productivity, and prepare their workforce for the future of work.
