   Helped transform an in-house team that was primarily tasked with implementing solutions provided by outside agencies to a lean, but fully capable, creative internal design team that lead programs from concept to MP. Implemented a proactive design approach that includes, initiating cross functional collaboration, user research, competitive analysis, research/implementation of new materials/constructions/processes, producing scalable design solutions and managing the development to mass production. Conduct product audits to investigate areas of opportunities from not only the aesthetic/UX but also mechanical/material/process/manufacturing aspects to increase efficiencies to improve ROI for both the consumer and the company. Led all TV and TV remote programs from concept to MP since 2014 along with contributions to audio strategy and concept programs. Most recently, led the successful 2020 audio design collection which has been praised for its performance, value, resourceful design strategy and solutions. Led the multi-award winning and utility patented, Vizio OLED and Elevate Atmos 5.1.4 system design programs. In addition to leading the creative development of the innovative, auto rotating Elevate atmos sound bar, curated the different aspects of the design, materials and manufacturing processes to keep the BOM/MSRP at par with the previous, traditional system. This made this product a compelling solution not only for it’s innovation but also for its high value to retailers and consumers. Devised, creative and resourceful strategies to develop and ship millions of thoughtful, innovative, and high value products.
