Develop, lead, and refine current processes, activities, and event strategies to align with organizational goals• Handle complex and diverse customer, supplier or operational issues where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of identifiable factors• Lead customer service expectations in accordance with the customer agreements (CSA)• Source, negotiate and secure venue, audio visual, ground transportation, and all related contracts as required by partnering with the internal Legal Contract Services team• Collaborate and partner with other internal teams ensuring projects are delivered seamlessly and with excellence (i.e. Food & Beverage, Facilities, Asset Protection, International Communications, House Keeping, etc.)• Develop and manage functional supplier relationships with assigned key/strategic suppliers to optimize financial and operational performance• Ensure timely reconciliation of expenses and payment processing• Partner with Director to execute the customer survey process including adding input around survey design, questions, ratings, and hindsight meetings; leverage data and feedback to modify or gain efficiencies• Plan and execute communications strategies to ensure accurate and timely flow of information to partners, stakeholders and suppliers• Identify and seek to implement continuous improvement initiatives that leverage procedural controls to streamline processes, including but not limited to: leveraging technology tools to support event invitations, reporting and reconciliation processes, etc.• Effectively demonstrate the ability to supplier relationships and customer engagements simultaneously and seamlessly
