Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, leads the organizations HR strategy- Design and Implement performance review procedures- Develop fair and legal HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them- Create and instruct senior leadership in screening and interviewing techniques- Create and ensure compliance of HR department’s yearly budget- Develops and implements training to ensure employee retention as well as creating a talent pipeline for continued growth- Develop role descriptions and pay grading for all new positions. Regularly review existing roles to ensure descriptions remain accurate and salaries are competitive in the market- Assist and advise in decisions regarding suspension and termination of employees in partnership with the department Director
