    Aerospace Integration Engineer for the Astronaut Office at the Kennedy Space Center providing engineering and technical support for the Flight Operations Directorate out of Houston. Duties include analyzing and conducting safety evaluations of space transportation activities involving the launch and reentry of the launch vehicle and operations at launch, and reentry sites. Required to keep a current working knowledge of the Space Launch System, and its major subsystems,(Solid Rocket Boosters, Crew Module and Core Stage), and all their associated flight and ground support sub-systems in the assembly facilities to insure flight safety. Required to provide technical reviews and make recommendations regarding the adequacy of technical documents and analysis Operating and Safety Procedures, goals, objectives, strategies, personnel skills, and training. Prepare comprehensive, detailed, written and oral reports on Space Vehicle processing, integrated testing documentation changes, and safety reports and prepare and present briefings to senior management and industry officials. Support and conduct safety inspections of site operations to ensure that operations are conducted in accordance with established safety and regulatory requirements. Participate in operational launch countdown processes from the Launch Control Complex ensuring Launch Commit Criteria requirements are satisfied. Track and investigate in flight anomalies that accrue during a flight of an Multi Crewed Vehicle and report to the new Flight Crew both verbally and in written reports as to the outcome of system testing or the possibility of the in-flight anomalies seen on the last flight reoccurring again on this flight also was the signature authority to sign off on the Unexplained Anomalies.
