I lead with the head of a franchisor and the heart of a franchisee.But… I didn’t set out to build a career in franchising. When I started in my first franchise sales role more than 30 years ago, I had no idea I would be so drawn to it. But it grabbed me and I never looked back. Coincidentally, in this first sales role, I ended up selling a disaster recovery and cleaning franchise to my husband and became a multi-unit co-owner for several years before taking on different leadership roles in franchising. In addition to many years of corporate franchise leadership experience, I also have more than 25 years of franchisee experience. To this day, I am just as passionate about franchising. What I enjoy most is leading, developing and mentoring my team. My mission is to foster an exceptional company culture where team members are respected and appreciated and where they are empowered to find purpose and meaning in their work every day.I am also focused on ensuring our franchisees come first so that they have every opportunity to thrive and grow their business. I believe that when we commit to following our calling and core values, we can continue executing with excellence.

   We are a national provider of home care services. Our mission is to help others have their best day, every day. We assist seniors, veterans, those with disabilities and any adult over the age of 18 in getting the care they need to thrive in the place they call home.As President and CEO, I am responsible for company strategy and execution, as well as ensuring company goals get translated into day-to-day operations. Since my appointment to President in 2021, I have built the foundation to help grow our franchise system. I continue to shape the FirstLight brand by strategically adding territories and refining our long-term vision. I believe that we have a tremendous opportunity as a company to advance our role in the healthcare continuum.
