Enterprise Connectivity (EC) was formally established as an organization at Ford and I moved into the Finance team to support this new skill team. Primary responsibilities have been focused on EC\'s Forward Model Process - in other words, how to support future programs with relevant and accurate EC vehicle line financials as they pass through corporate approval reviews. Key highlights- Stood up, communicated across organization, and am presently managing global process for Connectivity financials to be allocated and shared with future vehicle programs - Built out allocation models to translate Structural & Services financials to a vehicle line level based on connected content, tech architecture, customer profile, and vehicle type (ICE/BEV)
